VSL NAIL SPA

Fantastic experience. Myself and two of my friends dropped in to get manicures with no appointment. Though they were busy, they got us in immediately, sat us next to each other and did an incredible job on my nails. The manager, Kelly, was an absolute delight and so welcoming. Stephen did my nails and WOW. His attention to detail was remarkable. He did a great job on my nails and was so polite. This is the best manicure I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed! It’s my new favorite place!

I called before my Arrival the young lady stated it would be 30 minutes before I would get service. I sat waiting over an 1 1/2 and the lady walks up to me and tells me I need to pay before he starts doing my nails. Never have I ever been so insulted in my Life. Clearly you can see my nails are long and have designs so what would make You think I wouldn’t pay for my Services. They have completely refused to do my nails without me paying first. Not only did she call someone in to take care of these two white ladies but they came in after me and was serviced before me. But she demanded I pay before my service this is ridiculous and I will be following up with the better Business Bureau

Oh my gosh! Cindy is one of the best, if not the best, nail techs I’ve had! I had builder gel done on my nails in Atlanta and was desperately in need of a fill-in. Not many nail salons in Nashville are familiar with builder gel so it took days for me to find a tech who could do it then I found Cindy on Google - I’m soooo glad I did! She is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. I HIGHLY recommend her. Would give six stars if I could. My nails look like my natural nails!

I almost never leave reviews, but VSL nail spa deserves! Cindy is the absolute best. She was patient, really wanted to work with me to achieve the design I wanted, and very talented. On a whim during my first visit to Nashville I booked with her and I do not regret it. The staff was extremely kind and the atmosphere in the salon was clean and bright. I would recommend to anyone interested in a dip manicure.

This shop is all about customer service. They offer you a beverage when you arrive. I wasn’t entirely happy with my dip nails on my first visit.. but since they have a 7-8 day happiness guarantee, I was able to go back and have them fixed. Kelly the manager really cares about her customers and invited me to come back to the salon, and I’m glad I did.

I had a great experience here with Cindy! I waited to review so I could speak to how long my tips+dip+chrome lasted and I could not be more happy. 4 weeks y’all and they still look perfect minus the grow out! See pics from day I got them (Oct 21) plus today (Nov 19). Got the nude chrome look for my engagement pics-was a splurge because it wasn’t cheap, but they looked so awesome in the pics- totally worth it!Thank you Cindy!

This salon charges high prices but gives you low quality service. The guy I had rushed through my dip like nothing I’ve ever seen. He had no attention to detail. I tried to ask him to correct the shape but didn’t feel comfortable trying to micromanage the whole thing. There were lumps and bumps all over the surface and little flecks stuck to some nails before he painted them with the top coat. He paid NO attention to my cuticles so the polish doesn’t go up very high. I had to get tips because my natural nails were short. But the plastic from the tips is all glued to my fingers and little plastic pieces coming up from underneath. They’re all different shapes, chunky etc. I wouldn’t mind this kind of a manicure if the price reflected a quick job but like I said, it’s not cheap. I would not go back. The salon didn’t feel very clean either. When the receptionist prompted me to tip I felt awkward but said I wouldn’t be tipping as the attention to detail wasn’t good. She didn’t ask what was wrong, how the service was, how they could correct it. Just stared at me and said oh no, okay thank you. After I left I realized the colour was wrong too. I asked for Las Vegas By Night and ended up with a pink bubble gum. See pictures. The whole thing was disappointing.

This place is amazing! From the time we walked in until the time we left we had exceptional service. Everyone made us feel so welcome and the atmosphere is gorgeous. I showed Cindy the picture of the nail set I wanted and she delivered! I have never been so happy leaving a nail salon. They even gave me a free cuticle oil to take home with me. Do yourself a favor and book with Cindy!!
